At Tailored Support Services, we help NDIS participants to get out and about in the community, with transport and support for activities such as:

- Visiting friends & family
- Attending social events
- Attending medical/personal appointments
- Participating in sports & recreation
- Attending classes
- Going on holiday
We understand that NDIS participants want to live active, engaged lives and our team is here to help you do just that. We can also provide you with support to access community facilities such as libraries, swimming pools and gyms.

What Community Support Activities are Covered by NDIS?
The NDIS provide coverage for a range of community support activities which are provided by our team at Tailored Support Services. However, it’s important to note that:
- Community participation support must be reasonable and necessary to help you achieve your NDIS goals.
- Community participation activities must be chosen by you or your carer/nominee if you have one.
- Community support activities cannot be used to replace core disability supports such as personal care or domestic assistance.
