At Tailored Support Services, we are dedicated to improving our services. We encourage our clients to let us know how we are doing by providing feedback and feeling comfortable to make a complaint. Our team is locally based in Maroochydore, helping clients throughout the Sunshine Coast including Noosa, Buderim, Caloundra, Sippy Downs, Mountain Creek, Bli Bli and surrounding areas.

How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint


Contact your support worker directly if possible or our office team. This can be done in person, over the phone, by writing a letter or by completing our Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Form below.

Or, if you wish to remain anonymous, please fill out the feedback form below. Your email will be formally acknowledged within 24 hours. We aim to respond to all complaints and grievances as quickly as possible. All feedback and complaints will be used by Tailored Support Services to assist us in continuously improving our service delivery.
